The Heretic BA-4 Flush Mount Amber LED Light Pod is known as the big brother to our staple BA-2 Flush Mount Amber LED Light Pod. The 6-series BA-4 Flush Mount Amber LED pod light is an optimal chase light to a ditch light, A-pillar light and beyond. These high performance amber LED pod lights are designed and manufactured in the USA, housed in CNC machined aircraft-grade aluminum, and outfitted with best-in-class circuit boards that allow temperature control and long-lasting light. The BA-4 Flush Mount Amber LED Light Pod is recommended on the front or rear bumpers of trucks, jeeps, SUVs, and UTVS. They can also be used on the sides and rear of roof racks as a chase light. They are specifically designed to align with the curvature of your vehicle or UTV and are best for cutting through foggy and dusty conditions.

Heretic Studio Limited Lifetime Warranty
Heretic Studio ("Heretic") warrants Heretic®-branded products against defects in material and workmanship for Lifetime of product. The warranty period begins with the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is made to the original end-user purchaser ("you") of the product and does extend to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product. The "original end-user" is the first user who purchases the product directly from Heretic or a Heretic authorized retailer to put the product into service in any fashion. Please note that because Heretic is unable to control the quality of Heretic products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover Heretic products purchased from unauthorized sellers. If you have any questions about whether a seller is authorized, please contact us.
If you discover a defect, Heretic will, at its option, repair or replace this product with a new or reconditioned product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to Heretic. (You can obtain additional information by contacting Heretic at the address printed below). Prior to returning the product, you must obtain from Heretic a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting Heretic at the address or phone number below. You are responsible for properly packaging the product to be returned. Please attach your name, address, telephone number, and a copy of the RMA form with ticket number, as well as a detailed description of the problem for which service is requested. If the repairs are covered by this warranty and if the product was properly shipped to Heretic, Heretic will pay the return shipping charges (domestic addresses only). This warranty applies only to Heretic products manufactured by Heretic that can be identified by Heretic product trademarks, trade names, or logos affixed to them.
This warranty does not cover: damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect and/or damage during any type of transportation resulting from improper packaging; damage to any product which has been altered in any fashion, including the alteration or removal of any Heretic serial number; damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including and not by way of limitation, lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user, and/or failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions provided; and damages resulting from (i) service performed by an unauthorized person or entity. Any implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty set forth above. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as set forth in this Heretic Limited Lifetime Warranty, Heretic hereby expressly disclaims liability and shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential and contingent damages of any kind or nature, including, without limitation: damages to persons or property, whether a claim for such damages is based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise; damages due to or arising out of the loss of data; or lost profits. Heretic does not pay for labor in the removal or re-installation of the product. Heretic shall not be responsible for any damages caused by the presence of error or omission in any of its manuals, instructions or related materials. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
